Write code that's in production by Friday.

We're a small studio building real systems for real businesses — dispatch platforms, CRMs, phone systems, storefronts. No ticket factory, no six-week discovery phase, no eight people in a standup describing what they'll do tomorrow.

How the studio works

Small team, senior people, short distance to the user.

Most of our clients are the owners of the businesses using the software. You'll hear directly what worked and what didn't, usually within a day of shipping it.

Remote and async

Work where you want, in the hours that suit you. We overlap for demos and decisions, not to prove attendance. Deadlines are real; timesheets are not a thing here.

Contract or long-term

Start on one paid project. If it works both ways, it turns into steady monthly work. Hourly or per-project — whichever fits how you like to be paid.

You own your surface

Whole features, end to end: schema, API, interface, deployment. No pull request left dangling for a week and no architect handing you a spec to type in.

We ship weekly

Every project has a live staging URL the client clicks through every week. It keeps the feedback loop short and the work honest.

Modern tools, boring stack

Node, TypeScript, React, React Native, Postgres, Docker — plus AI tooling in daily use. Stable choices, so the code still makes sense in year three.

Room to build products

Part of the studio's work is our own products. Contribute to those and there's a path to a real stake in what you helped ship — not a lottery ticket, a written agreement.

Open roles

Who we're looking for right now.

All remote. All contract to start. Rate depends on what you can carry on your own — tell us what you're worth and show us why.

Full-stack developer — Node + React

Own features from database to interface in our platform work: dispatch, CRM, portals, marketplaces. You should be comfortable writing SQL by hand and shipping without a framework holding your hand.

Mobile developer — React Native / Expo

Driver and field apps on iOS and Android from one codebase: offline behaviour, camera uploads, push, and the store submission process that everyone else avoids.

Frontend / UI developer

Interfaces that hold up on a phone in a truck and a 27-inch monitor in an office. Strong CSS, an eye for hierarchy, and opinions about why most dashboards are unusable.

DevOps / infrastructure — part-time

Docker Compose, nginx, TLS, backups, monitoring and cost control across a handful of VPS deployments. A few focused hours a week, done properly, beats a full-time firefighter.

AI / automation engineer

Document extraction, classification and agent workflows that have to be right, cheap and fast — in that order. We're already parsing freight paperwork in production; we want to go much further.

Don't see your role?

If you're strong and you can point at something you built and shipped, write to us anyway. We've made room for the right person more than once.

We don't run whiteboard interviews or four-round panels. Send a link to real work — a repository, a live app, a thing you made for yourself. If it's interesting we'll set up a call, and if we both want to continue, the next step is a small paid project.

  • Reply within a few days — including a "no", so you're never left waiting
  • One conversation with the person you'd actually work with
  • A paid trial project, never unpaid "test tasks"
