AI features

AI where it pays for itself, and nowhere else.

Document extraction, classification, drafting, support triage. We benchmark the cheap path first and only spend on a model where the accuracy actually earns its bill.

What this covers

Document extraction

Turn PDFs, scans and photographed paperwork into structured records your system can act on — invoices, confirmations, proofs of delivery, forms.

Classification & routing

Sort incoming email, tickets and documents to the right person or the right workflow without someone reading each one first.

Drafting & summarising

First-draft replies, summaries and descriptions that a human approves — not sends unread.

Cost engineering

Prompt caching, batch processing and a free OCR fallback, so the monthly bill doesn't quietly outgrow the savings.

What you get

Every engagement includes this, in writing.

  • A benchmark of the free or cheap approach before we recommend paying per call
  • A measured accuracy number on your real documents, not a vendor's demo set
  • A human approval step wherever a wrong answer would be expensive
  • Cost per document, projected at your real volume, in writing
  • A fallback path for when the model is down or the answer is low-confidence
Typical range
Typically 2–6 weeks · $6k–$25k

Questions

Is this just a chatbot?
No — and we'll usually talk you out of one. The AI work that pays for itself is boring: reading documents, sorting queues, drafting text a human approves. A chatbot on your website is the least valuable thing you can do with this technology.
What does it cost to run?
Far less than most people expect if it's engineered properly. Prompt caching and batch processing cut the bill substantially, and we always test whether free OCR gets you most of the way first. You get a projected cost per document before we build.
What if it gets something wrong?
It will, occasionally, and the design has to assume that. Anything expensive to get wrong gets a confidence threshold and a human approval step. Anything cheap to get wrong runs unattended and gets audited on a sample.
