SaaS platforms

Turn the thing you built for yourself into a product.

Multi-tenant software with billing, roles, onboarding and an admin console. We've taken our own products from an internal tool to something strangers can sign up for — we know exactly where it hurts.

What this covers

Multi-tenancy done properly

Data isolation decided at the schema level on day one, because retrofitting it after your first ten customers is a rewrite, not a refactor.

Billing & subscriptions

Plans, trials, upgrades, failed payments, dunning. The boring machinery that quietly decides your revenue.

Self-serve onboarding

The path from a stranger's first click to a working account without a human in the loop — usually the difference between a product and a service.

Admin console & support tooling

You need to see what a customer sees, fix their data and answer their ticket. Building that last means building it in a hurry.

What you get

Every engagement includes this, in writing.

  • A tenancy and billing model agreed in writing before the build starts
  • Stripe or your processor of choice, wired end to end including the failure paths
  • An admin console from the first release, not bolted on at month six
  • Usage limits and plan gating that hold up when someone tests them
  • A path from your first pilot customer to self-serve signup
Typical range
Typically 3–6 months to a real v1 · from $40k
Stack
Node 20 + TypeScriptPostgreSQLRedis + BullMQReact 18 + ViteStripe
How it's priced
Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before anyone starts
Who does the work
The developer on your kickoff call is the one writing the code

Questions

We have an internal tool. Can it become a SaaS?
Often, but rarely by accident. The three things that usually need real work are tenancy, billing and the admin console. We'll audit what you have and tell you what's reusable and what has to be rebuilt — before you commit to the whole project.
Should we build self-serve signup right away?
Usually not. Your first handful of customers should be onboarded by a human, because that's how you find out what's actually broken. We build the self-serve path once the manual one stops teaching you anything.
Would you take equity instead of cash?
Sometimes. If you have the industry and the customers and we bring the engineering, a reduced rate plus a real stake can work for both of us. We take on a small number of these — pitch us.
